Quickie tips…

If you aren’t getting any bites at all from sending out your resume, then lose that version and try again.

The fact is if you wrote a smashing resume and sent it out just as needed to companies looking for someone like you… they WILL contact you. If they don’t it isn’t you so get that smug look off your face… The problem could be a million things.. the HR team just being inundated with resumes from great candidates, to a wrong resume strategy, or even a small shift in focus as to what kind of person the company is looking for.

Focus on fixing and tweaking what you can; try again and I promise the responses will come. It does take a bit of tweaking to get it right sometimes.
